Anhui Tongfeng Electronics (Group) Company
used to be an undersized collectively-owned garment factory. In 1975

A-complete-line pattern product series of Capacitor film, Metallized
film and Film capacitors
Tong Feng is the domestic unique company with a-complete-line production
pattern of capacitor film-metallized film-film capacitors as well
as the China's research, development and manufacture base for Electrical
Trio Films (Capacitor film, Metallized film and Film capacitor) denominated
by the former Electronics Industry Ministry. The yearly output of
capacitor film amounts to 3700 tons covering 44% of total domestic
output ranking the first in China, the second in Asia and the third
worldwide. The productivity of metallized film is 2000 tons per annum
ranking also the first domestically; AC capacitor output also tops
the list in China; DC capacitor output in also high on the list of
the this industry in China.
Tong Feng is now implementing five key projects, i.e. multi-function
polypropylene capacitor film line project (The third line in the company),
metallized film technology innovation project, self-healing AC capacitor
technology innovation project, new-type capacitor technology innovation
project, locomotive power capacitor technology renovation project.
Ensuing the production initiation of some above-mentioned projects
by the end of year 2002, our capacitor film output had leapfrogged
from the domestic first to global first; metallized film and film
capacitor output had both increased substantially. On the base of
those projects, a PET film project will be further imported to maintain
the leading position of worldwide first in terms of capacitor film
manufacture and technical level of products. Tong Feng is to develop
the narrow-bobbin, thin-gauge metallized film; AC capacitor and DC
capacitor developments will continue towards larger-scale and higher
grade. Consequently the scale economy effect is to be figured. By
the end of "the Tenth Quinary-Year-Plan" the company will
be endowed with daily output of 50,000 pieces AC capacitors and annual
output of 1 billion pieces of DC capacitors. The development of AC
locomotive capacitors will fill a vacancy of our nation and increase
the indigenization rate of China Urban Rail Transportation facilities.
Through the instrumentality of the company's plain film and metallized
film edges, we project to develop high-grade package film products
and squeeze into the package film industry.
2. Products Series of Artificial Crystalloid Materials and Crystalloid
frequency Elements
The generally-planned output of project is 600 tons of artificial
crystalloid and 0.2 billion pieces of diversified crystalloid frequency
element products. The project construction is in progress for the
time being.
3. Product Series of Ceramic Chip-style Inductor.
We have imported a multi-layer chip-shaped ceramic inductor line to
ultimately shape the output capability of 2 billion pieces of multi-layer
ceramic inductors. The project construction is also in progress.
Since long time ago, Tong Feng has been persevering in the guiding
quality principle of "Relying on scientific management and technology
improvement; To supply contented products and services to customer".
In the course of products industrialization, a strict quality management
and secure system has been established accordingly. Tong Feng was
one of the nine companies that obtained the ISO 9002 quality management
system certificate. The products successively passed UL, CB, and CCEE
approvals. All the products are Anhui provincial prestigious-brand
products. The company is endowed with considerably strong technological
origination capability and sound scientific research 'n' development
conditions. Tong Feng Electronic Technology Application Institute
is assessed as province-level technology center and the Engineering
Technology Research Institute of Electronic Materials and Elements.
The intimate relationship of technological cooperation between Tong
Feng and some of scientific research institutes and universities at
home and abroad has been set up. The company has constructed five
projects of National Torch Plan including 2 Nation-level Key Projects
and 2 Nation-level Projects respectively. Tong Feng is the one that
carried out largest amount of projects of Torch Plan in Anhui Province
and one of Topgallant Economic Profit Companies. Due to the great
contribution to the fulfillment of Torch Plan, in 1998 it was listed
into honored enterprises at the Decade Anniversary of Torch Plan Implementation
by the Science and Technology Ministry in 1998. Tong Feng adheres
